Link Your Microsoft Calendar
Arrangr's Teams call integration works through your Microsoft Calendar, so to take advantage of this capability, you must have adar connected to your Arrangr account and set it as your "insert" calendar on Arrangr. To set this up, go to your Profile & Settings (https://arrangr.com/my_profile) > Settings > Calendars > Insert Events, and make sure the calendar selected under "Insert Events" is a Microsoft Calendar. Then, when Arrangr creates an event in your calendar, it can tell Microsoft to generate a meeting link, and Arrangr can retriev Microsoft Calene that link and share it with your other participants.
Set Up Microsoft Teams on Your Scheduling Pages
If you want others to schedule Teams meetings with you using your Arrangr scheduling pages, make sure Microsoft Teams is selected as a call method in the scheduling page's settings. To do so, go to https://arrangr.com/scheduling_pages to see your scheduling pages. If you haven't set up your main scheduling page yet, follow the steps to set it up. Then, from your list of scheduling pages, click the "settings" button for the page where you want to offer Microsoft Teams meetings. Next, click "Place/Call Method" in the left-hand menu, then click the "edit" button at the top of the page. Make sure "Remote Meetings" are enabled. In the list of enabled/preferred call methods, if Microsoft Teams is not present, click "Add a call method option" and select Microsoft Teams.
Select Microsoft Teams When Composing Invites
When you are sending a custom 1:1 invite, or creating a group event or poll, you can select Microsoft Teams as the call method in the "Where/How" step. By default, it will auto-generate a link, but if you want to insert a pre-set meeting link instead, you can edit it to use a specific link.
